How can I restart from the disk or recovery system, what button should I pushed.
like I said its a blank window that is showing, the window is white with a folder with a question mark that is blinking.

This sounds like a really old Mac if it has a white screen (2012 or earlier non-Retina model). Most likely the internal hard drive has failed. Sometimes it could be a bad internal hard drive SATA Cable as well especially if it is the MBPro 13" (mid-2012) non-Retina model.
You can try running the Apple Diagnostics to see if any hardware issues are detected. Unfortunately the diagnostics will rarely detect problems, but it never hurts to check. Plus some of the older models may receive an error when trying to boot the diagnostics (the error "cannot load efi/drivers/testsupport.efi" is somewhat common to see & does not indicate a problem, but a compatibility issue Apple introduced which broke the diagnostics).
