Battery only charges when iPhone is switched off and connected to computer port

Hello,

I am using an iPhone 13 128gb.

So I got a notification that I should unplug my device and not charge it because of water in the port. I still don't know how the water got in it. The next day I plugged it in and the charging worked normally for a few days. After that my phone does this random thing:

It only charges if I plug it in my PC via the lighting to USBC cable and when I turn it off. It doesn't charge straight away, I have to turn it off and then it will turn on again by itself and start charging. And sometimes I have to repeat it a couple of times for it to work. And it doesn't work with the brick charger. All original Apple.

Tried hard restarting, reseting and erasing data. Haven't tried wireless charger though, maybe it would work. Battery health is at 87%. Had the phone for almost 2 years.

Is there someone who had the same issue and some suggestions on what do to maybe before going to the services?
