My iPhone 15 Pro battery charges to 100% even though I have selected optimized charging, which should stop at 80%, but it’s not working. I mostly charge it using a Belkin charger and cable. What should I do to solve this problem?

Even with optimized charging your device may occasionally charge to 100 percent to maintain accurate battery charge estimates. Optimized charging also learns your usage patterns over time; Optimized Battery Charging needs at least 14 days to learn your charging habits, so it won't engage before then. Also, your iPhone needs to experience at least 9 charges of 5 hours or more in a given location for Optimized Battery Charging to engage
A few months ago, the same issue appeared. Someone on this platform suggested trying to restart the mobile and charge it while switched off, but after some time, the battery still charged to 100% or sometimes to 88% or 86%, even though I had selected the option for optimized charging at 80%.
