Somebody knows, how can I make a text in the box to be visual for TOC in Pages????

Please, answer if you have time. I have another question.

Let's say I am trying to figure out what I do by mistake, because with pages I am familiar but not enough.

So if I do a book what are the major steps? I made it like this:

1. Set up the header and footer (The Name of the section on the top and number pages on the bottom)
2. Set up the sections and separate one from the other.
3. Then the Name of the chapter (Heading)
4. Then the (Heading 2)
5. At the end all text and pictures.
6. Finally the TOC. This bothers me a lot, and it's because I don't know how exactly works.

Please correct me if all the steps are correct regarding how the program is built.(Thank You in advance).

Here is the next question.

If I finished the book in those steps after finally wanting to put the TOC.

I left only 1 page in the beginning.

Will the TOC open another 2-3 new pages and move all content, or do I have to manage 7-8 pages before beginning to settle all sections?

And is it possible for the TOC to have 2 lines of text as I have it on InDesign (Please look at the picture) ?
