Is there a way to fix a water-damaged Apple Pencil?

I accidentally washed and dried my Apple Pencil in the washing machine, and it now won’t charge at all, yet it still connects. How can I fix it?

How can I fix my water-damaged Apple Pencil Pro? Hi, my Apple Pencil Pro, recently bought when I purchased my iPad Air M2 13” and Magic Keyboard, got accidentally thrown in the washing machine. As you can imagine, it doesn’t work. I must say that the pencil detaches too easily from the magnet on the iPad, thus gets lost in the bedspread. What do I do? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Sorry, but running your Apple Pencil through the wash, most likely, damaged it. They are definitely not waterproof and why it isn't charging.

AFAIK, Apple does not repair them and I believe your only option is to replace it if you wish to continue using one with your iPad.
