How to turn off announcement setting

My new iPhone 15 pro, has been announcing every letter I type with its example word.

example: e = echo; h= hotel; a= alpha, etc

how do i turn off this setting?

i have already tried turning off

the setting: Go to -> Settings -> Accessibility -> Speak Auto-Text -> Off.

But it DIDN'T WORK.

Please suggest a method to stop this

Say “Hey Siri, turn off voiceover” or turn it off in Settings/Accessibility.

Go to Settings>Accessibility>Spoken Content>Typing Feedback and turn everything off.
