Apple Music saying I’m offline and need to remove airplane mode or connect to WiFi but I have internet on my phone

Perhaps you have not enabled Apple Music to use cellular? On your phone, look in Settings > Cellular at the list of apps. Make sure it is enabled for Apple Music (and for any other apps that you may wish to use when not on WiFi).
