Music app

I’m having trouble with my music app it says I’m offline and I have data on my phone and it says to turn off airplane mode which I’m not on or connect to Wi-Fi

Are you connected to WiFi?

If you want to use Music when not connected to WiFi, go to Settings > Music > Cellular Data. If this switch is off, you can only use Music on WiFi.
