Bootcamp Bluetooth issue - Windows 11

I have a problem with bluetooth startup; it will error out in device manager on "bluetooth radio" but doing a disable/enable on "broadcom bluetooth controller over PCIe Device" sets the world to right. I have changed the service to auto start but no luck; reinstalled drivers manually from bootcamp repository; etc. No luck - but works 100% after disable/enable routine - anyone have any thoughts?
