How to get a lost iphone xs max data on a new google pixel 5??

Hello there, I was using cloud for 5 years and now i had to get an android because my last iphone xs max got stolen and didn't recovered now i am not able to back up my data on new google pixel 5 because i don't have any ios device. I do have a pc with cloud app.

What should i do?
