Wrong currency and right region

Hi! I have this problem or currency ,i have my app store on morocco the region too and i still have US dollar as a currency why can’t i have moroccan MAD CURRENCY ? And if i can tell me how please

I can't change the region there is 0.01 Turkish currency on my balance and because of this I cannot change the region, what should I do?

You can't because that isn't a country where Apple lets you use local currency. Nobody on these forums knows why.
