ECG app on my ultra 2 watch works fine but it doesn’t record the information on my iPhone 11. It worked fine until June 11 then my phone quit recording. They are paired but now it doesn’t transfer the data to my iPhone

Here’s what I’m wondering. The Health normally doesn’t show ECG readings. The ECG results/tests can be Pinned to the Summary screen.
So, I’m guessing you're looking at the Summary. We need to Browse (lower right corner) > Heart > and maybe scroll down to most recent Electrocardiogram. If you tap your most recent ECG and then scroll down you’ll see all your ECG. Please keep scrolling until you see options and a yellow pin. Please click Pin to add to Summary.
Where in the Health app are you looking for ECG? How often do you take an ECG with your Watch do you do it daily or exactly when?
I don’t take mine daily, so when I browse my data in Health app, I have to scroll down through all the other Heart data to find my most recent ECG.
Are you using a 3rd party app to collect the ECG data?
Does other heart data sync to the Health App, like heart rate or cardio fitness?
What iPhone model and what version iOS?
I’m using the health app that came on the phone and the ecg app that came on the watch. There are other health apps that don’t transfer to my phone also but the ecg is what I need most. They all worked fine until June 11.
Wow! That is awesome! Make sure you are still w re riding. I would highly recommend continuously monitoring your heart rate and setting parameters. If you are middle aged and younger it will more that likely exceed 100. Think of it like this- we move and sometimes that is exercise. The fight or flight regulation in our body is amazing. Eitherway, if you have some conductivity issues w your heart please monitor your heart rate.

I usually take one every other day. I open the health app and click on ecg. It has always put the most recent one at the top of the recordings.
She is probably looking for the monitoring of her heart rate and fluctuations. Maybe an ekg recording? I just have a plain watch to monitor my heart rate. I also can not assess any data via phone
