iphone keeps entering DFU mode

apparently its a mode you put it in to reset it but it keeps entering i by itself, and i have no clue why. for the past day its been randomly bricking itself out of nowhere and the only way to use it is to connect it to my mac and completely wipe it, restoring it to its originals settings. thankfully I have a backup so it's not horrible, but given my AWFUL internet this can take anywhere from 2 to 6 hours. and the most it's lasted in use after a reboot is a few minutes.

Again I have no clue what's causing this issue. I havent had a third party remove or replace parts or repair it, the battery was relatively fine (was at 73% but shouldnt matter that much), no cracks or dents or any physical damage, etc etc. It was fine and started dying on me yesterday morning and I can't figure out why.

it's an iphone 11
