My device shuts down and restarts automatically at frequent intervals. I have already consulted an authorized iPhone repair shop, and they informed me that the issue lies with the motherboard. However, my phone has not been physically damaged or dropped.

I rely heavily on my iPhone for daily tasks, and this malfunction is causing significant inconvenience. I request your prompt attention to this matter and guidance on the next steps to resolve this issue.

One of more electronic components on the motherboard has failed, just as the radio in your car or TV in your house can fail even if you have not had an accident.

No shortcuts here. The motherboard will need to be replaced at the Apple Store......make an appointment first.....or....at an authorized Apple service shop.....no appointment needed.

If you have AppleCare+ coverage on your phone, the repair cost will likely total $29 (U.S.)
