iPhone 16 CH model suddenly tripping off and restarting for long hours

My iPhone 16 CH model suddenly goes off and turns on by itself, I contacted apple support and they ran some diagnostics and didn't find any hardware or software issue. This started happened after I updated my iOS version to the latest thinking CH models supports apple intelligence, today my phone has been off for more than 5 hours and hasn’t turned on, I’m sad and depressed over this, I don’t know what to do again. I don’t know where the problem is from. Can anyone please comment and tell me what I can do if any.

Try this and follow the directions exactly:


  1. Quickly press and release the volume button
  2. Immediately press an quickly release the volume down button
  3. Immediately press and KEEP HOLDING the side power button. KEEP HOLDING it, even if you see the slide to power off and KEEP HOLDING it until you see the Apple Logo. It could take up to 30 seconds of holding the side power button before you see the Apple Logo, so DON'T LET GO.
  4. If this doesn't wake your phone, you have a hardware issue and an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar would be the next step for in-person assistance.
