15 Pro Max poor network connectivity and slow data problem

Hi I am using 15 pro max in Bangladesh. Most common problem I face is network bar is ups-down and data speed is unbearable. However the mobile company confirms no network interruption and I am also confirmed as I also use android with same mobile operator. WiFi problem is also there. Can anyone guide me to address the slow data issue please
