How can I enable Screen Time on iPad, iPhone, and Apple Watch?

ipad and iphone have screentime enabled. add apple watch. Pair watch with phone. Screentime is disabled. I cannot get it to come on. how do I acclomplish this?

Cannot sign out due to restrictions I cannot sign out from my iphone due to restrictions. I have disabled screentime across all devices and tried turning off focus. Still no luck.

Unable to turn off Screen Time on my son's iPhone My son turned 18 so I turned off his screen time. however, on his phone, it won’t allow him to do anything and appears that screen time is still on and I don’t have access to turn it off from my phone. how do we reset the phone? Did you enable "Share across devices" on your paired iPhone in the settings for ScreenTime?
