Hi, currently I’m facing problem to transfer my travel card from previous phone. Because my phone was spoiled out of sudden, so I couldn’t access my old phone and connect to WiFi. The phone was totally blackout and not accessible. So how could I transfer my travel card balance to new iPhone without my spoiled iPhone?

You can try just a cellular connection, that should work. Otherwise, you’ll need to talk to Suica support team.
