How can I resolve Screen Time error messages on my child's iPhone?

Screentime on our phones giving error message as it's relates to our child's phone. E.G.

Screen Time for [child's] iPhone has not been available for 7 days. Make sure the device is connected to the internet and is signed into iCloud with [child's] Apple ID.

This was an issue I saw here from several years ago (ios14) buy not recently. All phone's are up to date (ios17.5.1). Screentime is not reliable and randomly gives access to child. I've changed the Screentime code and made sure the name and apple ID of my child's phone match but the Screentime function is still unreliable. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I’m getting the same message on daughter’s iPhone 14. Her phone and mine both up to date with 17.5.1 and still says “screen time for A’s phone has not been available for 7 days.” I’ve reset both phones, turned screen time off and on and nothing works. She has two brothers both with same phone model and updated to latest IOS and yet their phones are sending data just fine. Any help Apple??
