ScreenTime for childs’ iPhone has not been available for 7 days

It’s 2023, 3 years after this was posted: Screen time for iPhone has not been avail… - Apple Community

The problem still exists. I was going to try the work around listed in the article linked above, but that would remove a lot of data from my phone that I’m not comfortable doing.

What is the timeline for this being fixed without needing a work around? Thanks.

I had the same problem. Found the cause was related to replacing my sons phone and the new phone having the same

name. I changed the name on the new phone to something different from the old and the problem instantly went away. Settings>General>about>name. I then powered off his phone and mine. Powered his back on, then mine. Error message and red exclamation point was gone and everything working properly. Hope this helps.
