Macbook doesn't detect external hard disks anymore (13" Intel 2019)

The same hard disks that were connecting fine a few months back aren't detected anymore. I have a couple of Seagate ones - one is 2 years old, other is 4 years old.

I tried:

Different cables
Connecting to both outlets
Restarting
The solutions provided in other threads

None of them work.

What do I do?

HELP!

Specs:

1.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5

Intel Iris Plus Graphics 645 1536 MB

8 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3

MacOS Sonoma v14.5

Hi,

Just wonder if you connect those external drives to other Mac or PC, they could detect the drives.
