follow these steps:

1. Check Forwarding Settings:

- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

- Tap your name at the top to go to your Apple ID settings.

- Select "iCloud".

- Tap "Hide My Email".

- Check the list of email addresses and ensure the one associated with your trading FX account is correctly set up to forward to your primary email.

2. Verify Primary Email Address:

- Ensure that your primary email address is correctly set and verified in your Apple ID settings.

- Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Name, Phone Numbers, Email.

- Verify the email address listed under "Reachable At".

3. Check Email Filters and Rules:

- Ensure that there are no filters or rules in your email account that might be moving the forwarded emails to a different folder or marking them as spam.

- Open your email app and check the spam/junk folder.

4. Test with Another Email:

- Send a test email to the hidden email address to see if it gets forwarded to your primary email.

- If it doesn’t, there might be an issue with the Hide My Email service or configuration.

5. Update iOS:

- Make sure your iPhone is running the latest version of iOS.

- Go to Settings > General > Software Update to check for and install any available updates.

6. Recreate the Hidden Email Address:

- If the issue persists, you might need to delete the hidden email address and create a new one.

- Go to Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Hide My Email.

- Find the problematic email address, tap on it, and select "Delete Address".

- Create a new hidden email address and use it for your trading FX account.

7. Contact Apple Support:

- If none of the above steps resolve the issue, contact Apple Support for further assistance.
