Iphone charging on hold

Hello, from past 2 days whenever my iphone is charged till 80% this notification comes “charging on hold due to temp” though mobile itself isnt warm. I did wait for an hour but it only further charged to 81%. The temp in my country is high these days about 44 degrees, though i charge indoors and in a ventilated area. Optimized charging is also turned on. What should i do? IOS updated to latest
