I want to bock or delete the App Store on my son’s iPad. I can’t put time limits on it I don’t want him being able to shop for games or open the app. I have looked and googled everything and nothing works. Is it even possible?

If you change the options from Allow then the App Store app won’t show on the iPad and apps can’t be downloaded, deleted, or purchases done. You would have to go back in when updates to apps need to be done to temporarily be able to do so though. Also, might be a good idea to use a password they won’t know or figure out.
Hello again~ This is not to sound condescending at all and yes I have children a plus grandchildren …if none of these things we have set forth for you do the trick simply take the iPad. Perhaps that will solve the issue. Take care.

That is only to require a password to download apps from the store. That dose not limit access to the store or block the app
It dose still show. It just doesn’t let them download the a new app with out a password. I have it set to not allow him to download apps without permission (password) that’s not the problem. The problem is I don’t want him on the AppStore at all
Restricting the screen time on the App Store isn’t an option I have found.
Yah I tried all those. And the time limit wasn’t and option for the App Store.
It also may prohibit installing apps as well as in-app purchases.
That is what we do as it is. But would be nice if there is a way others that what I have tried and googled and tried to fix the actual problem
