I cannot access the Fox News content. It will freeze up and seem paralyzed. Can’t scroll or open articles I see. What’s happening? My other mobile apps work fine. Just the Fox app won’t let me in.

Sounds like Fox app issue. Try deleting it, then download a fresh copy and compare you results.
