You need a USB audio interface. Some mixers have them built in, what make & model mixer do you have?
If your mixer does not have USB built in, then there are many possible USB audio interfaces you could use. Here are a few examples:
You would connect the output from the mixer to the input of the audio interface. Depending on your mixer that may be a line output (RCA or TRS) or XLR output.
From there, you could use any audio recording app of your choice. Some of the audio interface devices come with a recording app. I use and like SoundStudio. Many people like Audacity. And of course you could always use QuickTime or GarageBand that come with every Mac.
