How to gain access to the Apple TV app again on my Sharp TV?

I can get into Apple TV+ on my phone, on my computer and my second TV. My main TV suddenly stopped streaming Apple TV+. Why? I restarted my cable box didn’t help. I get the air “ connection not available”. That error screen shows the IR code. But the IR code does not work. Not happy.

Then the Apple TV+ app would be on the Xfinity set-top box.

Please try restarting both your home network router and your Xfinity TV box, assuming those are separate devices. Then try again.

It should be able to work as it did before. Hopefully a restart will bring it back.

Else please contact the Apple Support staff for further assistance.
