I have an Apple Music account with almost 10,000 songs saved. I do not want to make a new Apple Music account. I want to use my old Apple Music account. How can I do this from an iPhone? It seems that Apple Music will not allow me to login to anything without using an iCloud email.

You log in with the Apple ID account that holds the Apple Music subscription in Settings ➜ Apple ID ➜ Media & Purchases.
The email used as your Apple ID does not in any way need to be an iCloud email. It is whatever email you used to create your Apple ID on the Android device.
With that done, you can go to Settings ➜ Music and turn on Sync Library to get your music and playlists in to the Music App.
