Issues with iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max. scared to update now with 17.5

I have had a lot of issues with iphone 13 pro max since the start of this year. The first one is the white screen then just recently the issue of it restarting every 2-3 mins. I had it repaired twice already and it all happened this first half of the year. The main thing the technician told me is that the white/green screen has been an issue mostly with the 12/13 pro and pro max and now they’ve started to see the same with the newer ones. And they told me to turn off automatic update, cause sometimes these updates causes issues to the device, but one thing that they can’t answer during the time i.visited the repair center is that why does most of the issues are happening in 13 pro and promax.

Then the second issue I had was the restart issue, my iphone kept restarting every 3 mins and it’s making my phone warmer than usual. The one that’s heating up according to the tech was the motherboard. LOL. Never dropped my phone so idk why I had to experience all these issues.

The thing they told me again as a way to keep my phone from getting all the issues is to turn off auto update. While they were explaining they almost couldn’t help themselves from almost saying that it’s Apple’s fault and these kinds of problems always happens when there’s new updates.

*the service center i visited is a third party-an authorized repair center provider for apple products. we don’t have apple store here.
