when i’m on facetime while my partner falls asleep it randomly ends when im on mute with my camera off since im not ready to fall asleep yet will the call end itself if im on mute with my camera off?

FaceTime Ending while on Mute:
No. It will stay on, as long as the call is connected. If you leave it unplugged from the powered adapter or a battery, then the phone will eventually power off.
