How to fix iPhone 13 Pro which is affected by flickering green screen?

My iPhone 13 pro screen is affected by flickering green screen. The display turned green while on a call. I had tried the force reset procedure to no avail.

I read from the apple community post that apple is fixing this issue for free, irrespective of the warranty status. Can you please confirm?

About a Flickering iPhone Screen:

Apple may fix it for free, if it is a faulty device. Elsewise there is a fee.

A. Your Screen is Failing:

I have never come across this. However, it seems your screen is failing. So take this in for service, ASAP.

B. To Get this iPhone Serviced...

Contact Apple, and setup a Genius Bar Appointment or see an AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) in your local area. Be careful as to where you get this item, ask you may get an error of an unofficial screen. So, to avoid this continual message, it is best to have Apple replace a screen.

Contact Apple:

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Proceed from there as Necessary
  • NOTE: Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, calls are taking a bit linger to get through. And, that makes sense, because many are at home working out-of-the-house or are taking classes over-the-web, this they have more time on their hands to contact Apple Support. So, it might take a bit to get through to Apple Support. But, just stay on the line, and someone will be with you.

AASP Terms of Service:

By your report, you're going through various AASPs (Apple Authorized Service Provider) --not Apple --each of whom have their own Terms of Service. So, look into using a different service center that will authorize this service free of charge, or just go through Apple, seeing if they are up for a free fix. These are just user-to-user fofums; no one here has anyway on what is or is not covered.
