My iPhone is compromised, how do I secure my iPhone?

Riddle me this. iPhone 13-17.1 w/update. I have random photos show up on my phone. I had 148 contacts disappear from my contacts list. Somehow a contact was created and it had my deceased fathers phone number, read at the time AND I did not save it in passwords. I had many issues and took screenshots only to have the photos covered by another pick of some gibberish that somehow was found in my notes? Just to name a few problems. Posted on Reddit to no avail. 2.1 is random contact card. 2.2 Is showing how a pic was pasted over a screenshot i took, look how it overlaps the middle!3. Shows that I had an astrology app and atlassian admin app on my phone and the last is a 1 of many random photos that just showed up on my phone. First is an atlassian page that was imbedded in a message that was open source and could download any file from my device. Any ideas? Apple won’t take me seriously!

Troubleshooting a Hacked Account:

Seems someone has access to your credentials, being they can access this stuff. So, start with a creating a new Apple ID (the eMail address you use to log in to Apple with).

Secure your Info:

Being Apple Account is of high-concern here, (A)verify your devices, and (B)secure your account. Open a new eMail addressee d use that for your Apple ID.

1. Verify your Devices:

Verify that all devices are logged in to your account, by using this link: Check your Apple ID Device List to See where you're Signed in - Apple Support

then...

2. Modify your Credentials:

Having been stollen, someone lily has your credentials. So, by all means, modifying them.

III. Report Items to Apple:

So, report phone call's and messages info to Apple and modify. Use my User: Using the Photos App to Report Scams - User Tip

iOS 17l.5.1, presumably.

Do you have Meta WhatsApp around, as it appears? If so, that app loads photos from chats into Photos app by default. There is a “save to photos” checkbox in WhatsApp settings that disables that default behavior.

I had 148 contacts disappear from my contacts list.

Was the connection to one of the contacts servers re-configured, or removed, or servers or accounts shuffled? If so, changes to the available contacts shown are to be expected.

Somehow a contact was created and it had my deceased fathers phone number, read at the time AND I did not save it in passwords.

If the contacts servers have gotten scrambled, getting old contacts can be an outcome.
