People can’t hear me using my new AirPod Max.
People can’t hear when I am using my new AirPod Max but can hear me when I use my AirPod pros. They say that I sound really far away.

At first you should identify is it Software, hardware or settings issue. Try reset your AirPods:

Try to connect it to different device and check voice quality again.
Check it with ANC on and off. Check each microphone by setting source manually in Settings -> Airpods Name.
If the result will be the same you can use your warranty
