While trying to open a program on from my macbook air 2024 M3 computer. It required Rosetta to run and asked me to install accordingly. After clicking next, the settings window is stuck on "Downloading". What can I do to get Rosetta installed?

Figured out the issue. The download would not work because it was being blocked by my private access VPN internet security. After turning off my private access VPN, I was able to complete the download.
