How do I exchange a faulty iPhone 12 Pro with an iPhone 15 Pro Max

Hi.. i had brought 12 pro iPhone few days ago,bt it has so many problems like battery pictures quality. Like that i had already maintained it on apple stores. Now am worries of my phone so want to exchange it on iPhone 15 pro max.

Other of my friends also noted about the 12 pro iPhone have so many problems

Discuss this with whoever you bought the phone from, which is most assuredly not Apple, since iPhone 12 Pro was discontinued by Apple in September 2021, nearly 3 years ago.
