Radeon Pro 5500 XT not getting new bootcamp drivers updates

Not sure who is responsible for updating their driver, but I couldn't get any driver updates for AMD Pro 5500 XT gpu since 10/02/2023.

Application and games are throwing errors for this issue.

Is there an official statement that iMac 2020's are abandoned?

I don't know that we can help with this. I suggest you call Apple Care.

Is that an external GPU or the internal one? If external contact the manufacture's customer support.

Its an internal hardware.

Not sure if Apple Care helps with driver updates.

Problem is not a driver installation, its simply outdated.
