Apple Maps is not updating my business's new address even though I updated on Apple Business Connect and reported issues from my phone
Hi, Apple Maps is showing the wrong address for my business. It is showing an old address, which is my previous location. I moved my business to a new address 4 months ago. I created an Apple Business account and updated to the new address 2 months ago when I realized the issue. But when I test it, maps is still showing the old address. I have also reported an issue in the maps app from my phone numerous times and the address is not being updated.
A few months ago I had to contact Google to correct my parent's address and it was resolved almost immediately. I expect more from Apple!!
