Standby Mode Features
Standby mode is similar to if i were to add a music alarm while having the time displayed. Is there a way to change the music track on Spotify/Apple Music while standby mode is active?

I would say that Standby mode is very different than an alarm. But that's probably not important.
If you have music playing in Standby Mode, you can tap the music indicator in the center at the top of the screen. It will bring up the music screen. You can use the controls to move to the next or previous songs. I didn't notice any way to make other changes. But, if you want to spend that much time picking other tracks, it would probably be easiest just to pick the phone up and do what needs to be done.
Note that I tested this on an iPhone 15 Pro.
