I transferred my data from my old iPhone to my new iPhone. Now I am locked out of several apps. These include Slack and Ring.

Then you need to contact those companies and work with them to restore your accounts, this has nothing to do with Apple.
What do you mean when you say locked out? What messages do you see? Describe what makes you think you are locked out. Have you signed into any accounts using the same information that was used to get the apps originally?
Transferred data from old iPhone to new iPhone. I turned on my new iPhone and I got on the Slack app. My workspace was gone. It asked me to sign with email, Apple email, or Gmail. I tried to log in to my workspace and it tells me to create a new workspace because it can’t find an old workspace connected to my email.
