Change my primary iCloud email address

Dear apple and community.

I've been looking into how I may change my primary iCloud email address, but after reading so much information I'm not clear if I can or cannot. I've had my primary email for many years and to be honest, I've never liked it.

The email contains my name and at the beginning of it, it has 'mr'. I dont ever remember choosing this. Anyway it reads: mrmyname@icloud.com. I would like to remove 'mr' at the beginning so its just my name only at the start. Ive had a few sarcastic comments about having 'mr' at the beginning.

Is it possible to remove MR and keep my name only? If so can you please advice how this can be done? If not possible is there any alternative solutions?

Thank you for your help.

You cannot. You can use an alias instead.
