Charging North American iphones and watches in Italy

We are travelling from Toronto to Italy. We need to charge a iPhone 15 pro and iPhone 12 plus iPhone watches. What do we need to charge the devices?

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 15

You need a plug adapter. The chargers themselves adapt to the different voltage.

If you cannot find an adapter in time, sometimes hotel bathrooms have shaver outlets that accept different shaped plugs. Not so sure about Italy since it has been several decades since I was last there.

Just a note to point out that Italy uses a different style wall plug from the rest of Europe in general, so you really need to purchase a few adapters that are designed to work in Italy.

I use these adapters from Amazon in Italy. Or, you can pay 3 times as much at the airport travel shops. Better hotels often have adapters for guests to use with a deposit, but I would not rely on the hotel that you choose to offer that option unless you contact them in advance.
