Why is my iPhone 15 not picking up 5G?
our telco provider have just launched their 5g and my iphone 15 is not able to attach

The "launch" is likely still in progress. The carrier that I use "launched" service about 6-8 weeks ago, but the service is still not available in a number of areas in the city. Something about cell towers need to be updated.
Now.....if your carrier is AT&T.....they advertise "5G", but it is really 5GE, which is LTE....and not 5G.
