Hi i have bought my apple watch series 7 in jan 2022 and later on lost it all i have is its box and its serial number model number wifi address is it possible to track down my watch in any way please

You cannot track your lost series 7 with its serial number or model number, period. Find My simply doesn’t work that way. You can only track your lost watch IF you already set it up before you lost it. Otherwise you’ll be limited to traditional methods, like going out and looking for it by visiting the last place you had it.
