iPhone has 100% battery cappacity, but there is 1685 cycles

Nothing would be normal about a battery that displays a Maximum Capacity of 100% and a cycle count of 1685.

A new replacement battery would display as 100% Maximum Capacity, but no way that could be correct if the cycle count is correct.

So, one....or more likely, both....of the numbers are very wrong. It's a roll of loaded dice when you buy a used phone.

Make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop to have the battery checked and tested.

I agree with KiltedTim that there is nothing useful to be gained by looking at the Analytics. However, if you bought a used iPhone 12 with a battery that says 100%, it's likely that it means the battery was replaced, possibly by someone other than Apple or an authorized Apple repair shop.

Depending on the version of iOS that is installed, you may be able to see the service history:

Stop poking around in the analytics. You can't read them without special tools which you don't have access to.

If you're having a problem with it, make an appointment at the Genius Bar or just return it and get your money back.
