Choices to open links ipados

On my previous iPad, when tapping a link, I got to choose which app/browser to use. How can I recreate this? I only get one choice (default).

If you have installed one or more additional web browser Apps (e.g., Firefox, Chrome, Brave etc.), you can set the default browser to Safari or one of the installed alternatives:

Touch-and-hold (i.e., a long touch) the link to expose the Action Menu - and from this menu select Share. This will open the Share-sheet...

From the share-sheet tap/select the browser (or other applicable App) within which you wish to open the link:

Thanks. I have done that, but when I tap a link, say in an email, I would like to be offered a choice of which installed browser to open it with, not just the default?
