I have my entire cd collection on my iPhone 7 and finally getting ready to buy a new iPhone. My computer died a few months ago so I no longer have a computer. I don’t plan on getting a new one. How can I get my music library onto the new phone? None of the music is from iTunes. All from cds.
I don't know if music will transfer either via restoring a backup of your iPhone, or via Quick Start.
I suspect not, and iPhones don't work with CD readers directly. If you need to re-import music from your CDs, you will need the help of a Mac or PC, whether you use Apple's applications (iTunes, Music/Finder, iTunes for Windows) or some third-party application to do the iPhone management.
