The answer is contact Otterbox for support and service on their products. It’s unlikely anyone here knows the material your case is made of. Is it polystyrene or exactly what polymer is it made of? Otterbox support will know the answer.

That's because there is no correct answer as to what kind of glue to use. The structure has been compromised. Glueing it back together is going to leave it in a weaker state.

I guarantee you that Otterbox will not recommend gluing it either, nor will they tell you what type of glue to use. And if it comes with a warranty for phone damage in their case, it will void it if you try to glue it.
