Recovering Apple ID

hello Apple, I have came across a problem, I’ve lost one of my Apple IDs, I know the email, the password, and the birthday on it, and the number associated with it, but I no longer have access to the email or number with it, so I can’t get codes on them, and it sadly has 2FA that I can’t get past, and I wanna know what to do to recover it, it has a lot of my photos, and apps I’ve paid for and data

I have the device it used to be on, but it’s just reset,

it used to be on 2 devices but they both were reset the same day
