Apple Watch Freezing on Update

I had problems paring my Apple Watch Series 3 with IPhone 13

Apple support was also not able to help

what did help was to turn on airplane mode and back off again (disconnecting all networks on my phone) and then the update resumed

mine was in preparing after the update downloaded for probably an hour or so

I need update on my iCloud

I need help,how can I do that
