iCloud Photos are not available
I can’t see my photos in iCloud because gallery is not available, it suggests to “try again” but it doesn’t work. Could you help me with this problem?

Have you looked under Settings/Your Apple ID (at the top)/iCloud/Photos to be sure syching is enabled?
The information below that setting will at least tell you if the photos were uploaded.
One other setting to check is at the bottom of iCloud settings and making sure Access iCloud Data on the Web is on (Green)
